The Brook Waimarama Sanctuary, mountain biking trails, and scenic walking paths are just a minute away. The Brook Motor Camp and an NZCMA park are within a 2-minute walk, and a kid's playground is just a minute away—a small stroll along the brook from the back of our house.

Eureka Park (Redwoods & Greenwoods) walking loop trails are 1 minute away from our gate. Waimaramara Brook bird sanctuary is a 5-10 mins walk from the house and has some beautiful bush walks. Epic mountain bike trails at Codgers MTB Park are 1 km back toward the city. Signposted as Tantragee Road, Codgers mountain bike hub, for the serious adventurers there is Coppermine Dun mountain rail trail for walking or mountain biking. Starting at the Codgers MTB hub.
