**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

The villa worked well as we were in Nelson for a family wedding and it was in a great area for walking to town and being near other family. Plus it had cool artworks.

Fantastic home in the heart of Nelson

Our family of 5 stayed here during the school holidays and we had such a great time. Location was brilliant, with just a 20 min walk to the centre of town. Very quiet location with super comfy beds, well equipped and great wifi for those rare moments when the kids played tech :) Wish we stayed longer .. 9 days just wasn't enough

Christmas in New Zealand

This was our family’s first trip to NZ and we enjoyed every single moment spending it in Nelson. This home was in a perfect location. close distance to downtown, groceries and Center of New Zealand Hike. It was so comfortable for our group to stay. If I was to make a suggestion it would be to spruce up the yard space and deck for outdoor activities. We will definitely recommend it and hope to be back someday soon.
