THINGS TO KNOW
* The home does not have a washer and dryer, however, a nearby Laundry shop offers pick and drop off service.
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
*There are 4 security cameras on the property for the safety of the home and our guests. One is located at the front of the house above the front door, another on the balcony under the awning, one under the house opposite the stairs and another by the sauna room.
HOUSE RULES
* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.
* No smoking allowed
* Strictly No parties or events allowed.
* Strictly No Schoolies bookings
* No Pets allowed.
* For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children aged 7 years and below.
* Please get in touch to let us know the reason for your booking. This helps us provide the best possible experience and clarify any details if needed.
* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.
* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.
* Max 8 overnight guests, 4 day visitors, 12 people total at any time.
* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.
* Please note that the property features a spa (which doesn't heat up or have jets), which is the reason we are able to have this unfenced. This should be used with care and at your own risk. As part of your booking confirmation, you agree to indemnify Getawayz and the property owner against any misuse leading to injury or death.
* Children 8 and above fine to stay, however, must be monitored at all times around the spa. The booking holder and their party agree to indemnify Getawayz and the property owner against any misuse leading to injury or death.
