Why they chose this property
This location is a new, quality development. I love it because it is central to KW, Cambridge and Guelph which makes it easy to go in any direction. I love the mix of cultures and the nature that surrounds it with many trails and parks to take advantage of.
What makes this property unique
I love the fact that this property reflects family, it has the ability to sleep more that your average 3 bedroom with double bunks on 2/3 bedroom and an extra mattress just incase of a late visitor on a snowy night. There is a small backyard for kids to release a little extra energy (maybe while mom or dad naps) or for those who want to take in some fresh air or vitamin D.
