The rooms were not very clean, the bed sheets were not very clean ( I used my own bed sheets), and spider webs were everywhere, which could have been easily removed with a Cobweb Duster especially from lights on top of our beds and kids rooms

Opposite to what’s shown in the pictures, this property is not waterfront. There is no view of the lake. And there is definitely not a private dock. There is no lake access whatsoever. The description and the pictures go completely against what actually is. Both Upstairs bedroom have no working light fixtures, we complained but they were not fixed. The Wi-Fi plain and simple just doesn’t work.

I do want to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review.The cabin is not advertised as lakefront, nor does the listing state that it has a lake view. As described in the listing, the cabin is approximately 250 feet from the lake, and our private dock is a short 2–3 minute walk from the property. Many guests enjoy the easy access while also having the privacy of a wooded cabin setting.Regarding the upstairs light fixtures—those were repaired shortly after your stay. Unfortunately, our handyman was out of town during your visit, which limited our ability to resolve that immediately.As for Wi-Fi, mountain communities do occasionally experience service interruptions with traditional providers. Based on feedback like yours, we’ve since upgraded the cabin to Starlink, which has significantly improved reliability and speed.We’re genuinely sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations and regret any misunderstanding about the property layout."
