Due to the multi-level layout, internal staircases, and elevated decks, the villa is best suited to adults or families with older children, and is not recommended for toddlers or very young children.

Enter via the ground floor and ascend the stylish internal staircase to the main living level. This level features a fully equipped entertainer’s kitchen, generous dining area, and a relaxed lounge complete with a wood fire and central heating. Large sliding and bi-folding doors open to a substantial deck, ideal for alfresco dining while taking in uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables, and Cecil Peak.
