This warm and inviting 3-bedroom home is ideal for families or small groups, offering everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay — from the spacious backyard with outdoor games to the comfortable living area inside.



The Space:

Step inside and feel instantly at home. The open-plan living and dining area features plush sofas and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare meals, and the dining area opens to a large covered patio — ideal for summer BBQs and evening drinks.



Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, air-conditioning, and built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, bright and comfortable.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed with garden outlook.



Bathroom:

Freshly presented with a shower, bathtub, and all essentials provided.



Outdoor Space:

The huge fully fenced backyard is a highlight — with table tennis, giant Jenga, Connect 4, toys, and plenty of space for the kids to run around.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, garage, and backyard. Check-in is via a digital keypad.

Located on Busselton Highway, this home is perfectly positioned for exploring the region:

-3 mins drive or a 15 min walk to Busselton Jetty and foreshore.

-Close to cafés, shops, and restaurants.

-Easy access to the Busselton-Margaret River wine region.

-A short drive to Dunsborough, Yallingup, and local breweries.



Getting Around:

Free on-site parking and public transport options nearby. Most guests find it easiest to drive, with plenty of local attractions within 10–20 minutes.

Please note: The fire place cannot be used.



GUESTS

- Guests have to fill out the verification form, supply their physical ID and secure a deposit at least 24 hrs before the check-in.

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500 AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
