- A large character home with multiple living areas and bedrooms, giving each guest comfort and privacy.
- Private swimming pool and garden.
- Walk distance train station, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, stores and Auckland Domain.
- 1.5 km to Auckland CBD, Sky Tower, and Queen Street.
- 4 parking spaces in fully fenced yard.
We have prepared basic living items in the house, including: radiators, blankets, bedding, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, enough pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, rubbish bag,iron,ironing board,hair dryer, etc....
Guests can use the entire area of the house and garden with privacy. No sharing with others.
Loud or alcohol-fueled parties are not permitted. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings, and avoid any behaviour that may disturb the neighbours.
