The Space:

This two story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 8.

Upstairs is the Main living area, a well equipped, open plan kitchen for family gathering/dining, extending to outdoor dining on front balcony, boasting expansive northfacing ocean views.

In addition, upstairs contains two double rooms, 1 with Queen, the 2nd with Super King, (can be converted to 2 single beds). A large bathroom with shower and toilet.

A second lounge, with television and ranchslider access to the back patio. Patio leads to a second terraced outdoor dining area at the back of the house with shade sail, offering privacy and more outstanding views.



Downstairs bedroom with 2 x Single bunks, and 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.

Internal access to garage.

Weber BBQ, to complete the summer experience. Gas bottle provided.

Off street parking and garage access. Space for 2 vehicles at the property.

Tucked between the idyllic Matapouri Bay and one of northlands renowned surf beaches, Sandy Bay, from the property you will be 1 minute walk from golden sandy beach, 5 minute drive to Matapouri village with convenience store and eateries. 2 minute drive to access the beautiful Whale Bay, complete with gentle native bush walk through to Matapouri Bay.



Nearby: convenience stores, petrol station, gift shopping, surf board rentals. Poor Knights, globally acclaimed Marine Reserve dive charters. Golf course in nearby Ngunguru.

Departure clean and LInen Hire Included in all bookings, so you can relax to the last minute.

Rubbish removal not included.

We typically leave guests uninterrupted, but are nearby if anything is needed.
