The house was very clean and has a great layout that would accommodate many different groups of travelers. Great location close to lots to do. Communication and follow up with the owner and property manager was quick and thorough. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect home for a Florida vacation

We entered this rental and were just awe struck by the spaciousness and especially the sliding glass doors to the pool that brought the outside in.Everything listed was at the home and more. The beds were especially comfortable. The weather was perfect and why not we were in FL and not WI.Thank you for this perfect rental. We would definitely come again.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home with a beautiful pool! There is plenty of room and has everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels and the pool can be heated to a very comfortable temperature. We appreciated the great communication with our hostess. We would definitely start again!

The property was excellent for my family of five. The interior of the house was spacious and clean. The pool appeared smaller than I expected, but my three kids (ages 12, 13, and 14) thoroughly enjoyed their time in it. The patio space was great and had plenty of seating available. The property manager and owner were great at communicating through text, and any minor issues were resolved quickly. Travel times to Fort Myers Beach and other beaches in that area were longer than expected, typically 45 to 55 minutes due to spring break traffic, but the cost savings of staying here in Cape Coral vs. closer to the beach made up for the longer drive.
