This was our worst VRBO stay in the 15 years we have been customers. We moved to a hotel after the first night. The property was different from how advertised in many respects, and we felt unsafe being there. The property management company, Evolve, was dismissive of our concerns.The one positive: It is conveniently located.Several of the drawbacks (l’m limited to 1500 chars). (1) The layout was falsely advertised as two bedrooms and a full bath on the third floor. The full bath is on the second floor. (2) The stairs from second floor to third floor are the most unsafe stairs I have ever encountered. The steps fork at the top to each of the two rooms, with angled, partial steps at the top. MC Escher would be proud. (3) To access the hallway to the full bath, you step across the top of the stairs coming up from the first floor, through an area with no rail. (4) There was pet hair on the sofa, which triggered allergies. The living room smelled of pet odor, covered up by Febreze. (5) The coffee was a French press and espresso maker, not a Keurig and drip as stated in the listing photos. (6) No wifi info was provided. (7) The place felt generally junky and lived in (except for the dead plants). There were personal items everywhere, including an open bottle of mouthwash. A giant sledge hammer and unassembled chair. One bedroom was an office, the other a kids playroom. The sign in the entry way says it all. Wish that had been in the listing.
