Relax at our house, surrounded by native bush and birdlife, while enjoying the outlook into Dunedin Harbor.
You will be situated right between historic Port Chalmers and Dunedin Inner City.
If you feel like a stroll by the water front and the neighborhood, explore the old port town, visit stadium events or want to visit the Emersons Brewery, you are in the close vicinity.
You have easy access to both peninsulas via bypass roads and fast access to the inner city for food, markets, museums, music etc
Please be advised, this place has to be cleaned by each guest before leaving, this is reflected in the pricing.
The driveway to the property is on loose gravel and somewhat steep as some bumps.
If you are unsure, park the car and walk up to the house first.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Wash all your bed sheets with provided powder (behind louvre doors)
-Put fresh sheets on to beds (provided in each wardrobe and under the brown couch)
-Hang to dry on clothing racks
-Vacuum the floors
-Mop if needed
-Clean all dishes and pots that have been used.
-Wipe all surfaces that have been used in kitchen, tables
-Clean shower, toilet and vanity
-Empty all bins and use provided fresh liners.
-Empty compost to big black compost bin by the bush with brick on top
Make sure to flick the main switch off on check-out, leave the fridge ajar
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
