IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – our properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• Due to its elevation, this property has a very steep driveway. We do not recommend it for those with mobility issues.
• While we offer the ability to book instantly, you will be asked to confirm in writing your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s via “View Agreement” (which can be found when placing your booking). We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or booking if a guest is deemed to be unsuitable.

• Main open plan living area (on the top floor) incorporating the kitchen, dining area and lounge with smart TV, opening to two separate decks with soaring treetop vistas
• Second living downstairs with lounge, smart TV, combined pool table/table tennis opening to third deck area with stunning bay and coastal views
• Well-equipped kitchen with butler’s pantry and Lavazza coffee pod machine
• Indoor dining for 8, breakfast bar for 4, outdoor dining for 8

• Ducted heating downstairs, split system air-conditioning and gas fireplace upstairs, ceiling fans throughout
• Full laundry facilities including washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board
