The house is located in an exclusive hillside. The apartment is on the top floor and a separate staircase to reach the outside and has an area of ??90 m2 large. The equipment is over, complete with satellite TV, radio, free wireless Internet connection for your laptop, balcony with stunning views of the opposite Lienz, 2 separate bedrooms, separate bathroom with laundry and separate toilet, entrance hall, large living room, furnished for dishes and weekly bedding and towels changed. All rooms are bright and cozy. The local baker provides you daily, except Sundays and public holidays on request, fresh baked goods.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Als vorteilhaft haben wir die schöne Aussicht empfunden, die gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung und den freundlichsten Vermieter.Als nachteilig ist anzumerken, dass ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster nach außen, sondern nur zum Wohnzimmer hat und dass die Heizung bei tiefen Außen-Temperaturen kaum in der Lage ist, das Wohnzimmer auf 20 Grad zu heizen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit phantastischer Aussicht

Wir waren Anfang Oktober eine Woche hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute und haben immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Kurz, empfehlenswert.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Balkon und sehr netten Vermietern

Wir haben eine Woche Wander/Kletterurlaub in Osttirol verbracht und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Barbara und Hans sind extrem freundliche, Hilfsbereite und sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben immer auf dem Balkon gegessen und die wunderbare Aussicht genossen. Lienz, Klettersteige und schöne Wanderungen sind schnell erreichbar. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in Dölsach in der Nähe von Lienz verbracht. Der Blick vom großen Balkon auf die Lienzer Dolomiten ist grandios und einige architektonische Details machen die Wohnung zu einem echten Schmuckstück. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an Küchenutensilien an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Bus oder dem Auto kommt man gut in die Skigebiete von Lienz. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und der Kontakt war gänzlich unkompliziert. Herzlichen Dank! Wir haben uns gleich entschieden im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf.

Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung!

Wir sind in Familie (2 Erwachsene und ein Jugendlicher) angereist und haben zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir waren sehr angetan von der Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Vermieter. Wir fanden eine sehr schöne und stilvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vor, in der es uns an nichts fehlte! Die Umgebung, die angebotenen Ausflugsziele und Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung waren genau das, was wir gesucht hatten. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schon beneidenswert. Es war eine schöne Zeit und wir wollen gerne wieder kommen! Leider kamen die netten Gespräche mit den Gastgebern zu kurz. Das kann man sicher nachholen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist pikobello sauber, sehr hell und geräumig mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf die Lienzer Dolomiten. Wir wurden von Familie Mair sehr nett empfangen. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vakantie!

Het appartement was prima. De omgeving was voor ons wandelliefhebbers helemaal oké. Met de aanbevolen Ost-Tirol/Glockner pas hebben we heel veel liften kunnen gebruiken. Fietsen van Toblach naar Lienz is een echte aanbeveling. En zeemmen in de Tristacher See natuurlijk ook.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lienz0000000; Nous n'étions pas dans l'appartement pendant la journée tant il y a à faire dans cette région. Nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuners sur le balcon. Le coin salon pour se reposer le soir. L'agencement du coin cuisine-repas. Les bémols : la route en contrebas un peu bruyante le matin, la chambre avec grand lit qui n'a pas de fenêtre ouvrant sur l'extérieur (la fenêtre ouvre sur le salon).

Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf dem Balkon haben wir jeden Tag gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegesen. Der Ausblick war immerzu herrlich. Auf der Seite von FeWo-direkt, hat man den Eindruck das Haus stehe vollkommen alleine. Dies ist nicht so. Es ist eine kleine Wohnsiedlung. Ebenso ist eine Straße nicht weit entfernt wo vor allem am Wochenende Motarradfahrer unterwegs sind.
