Boating paradise

This place was perfect for our family of 5. 3 kids from 2.5-8 and we had the best time! Loved having our boat on the dock right outside. boat was safe and secure on the canal as well. Very quiet street which was so nice in the evenings and early mornings. Very peaceful retreat.

Sunshine even on a rainy day!

Awesome rental. The location was perfect for us both on the land and water side. House was nice, neat, clean, open floor plan with a beach vibe. Property manager answers questions immediately after I text her. Even though we had a lot of rain that weekend the Sunshine houses covered back porch was a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the rain! Priced great and we will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend!!!!

Riiver Fun

The property inside was fine. The outside had no water access for cleaning fish on the dock or cleaning things up. No Chairs are available. The parking is horrible , no room for boat trailer 2 vehicles. Treats by owner to tow you if you park on grass. I called the owner to get a hose to use outside, she advised her property maintenance people were not available and she was in Georgia. Poor support for me after spending 2k . Will not go back to this place.....

Sunshine House

We had a great time exploring the area. The house has a nice setup - perfect for what we needed. The canal is very peaceful. Lots of stars at night (we don't get that in the city). The owner responded to us right away. Apparently, the cleaning person left before the job was done because the prior renters were pretty bad, there was too much to clean, and it was 4pm (check in time). We did not arive until 8pm but they were afraid to run into us. Even if we did arive at 4pm, we would have preferred to come in later to a cleaner house. Also, basics like coffee, sugar, cooking oil, and extra trash bags (other than one (1) already in the trash bin) were not available - not required, of course, but mostly expected in short-term rentals. I could do without the bombardment of emails from Vacasa, some with inaccurate or conflicting info.
