I have stayed at this property twice, a year apart (sports superstition). Both times the house has been dirty. The cleaning fee isn’t cheap but it’s definitely being taken advantage of. The first time the floors were dirty/sticky and there was makeup and elastics on the bathroom counter. This time, still dirty floors. No vacuuming or sweeping had been done. There was pee on the toilet in the master and on the floor and the main bathroom had a dirty towel from the previous guest. The place seems fairly new and it’s nice otherwise, just not clean. I also didn’t receive my check in info so I messaged the host per the app instructions and never got a response. Luckily I was able to call and get the info. Hopefully the management company will start keeping this up better.
