Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

a) Turn off the thermostat
b) Wash and dry all dirty dishes. Dirty dishes left behind will result in an extra $25 charge.
c) Throw away all trash in the bins by carport
D) Clean up the outdoor area if it was used
e) clean up after your pet's messes
f) clean out the fireplace ash (otherwise our cleaner charges $25 to clean out the fireplace)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
