Two dedicated workstations make it ideal for remote work, while the flexible layout comfortably accommodates larger groups.

The Space
Spread across two levels, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and mountain beauty. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats 8 guests, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 more. The bright living room includes two pull-out sofa beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms with premium mattresses, a cozy lounge area, and three full bathrooms, allowing everyone to get ready without the morning wait. The highlight of the home is the spectacular mountain scenery. Enjoy direct views of Three Sisters, Ha Ling Peak, Mount Rundle, Mount Lawrence Grassi, and Cascade Mountain from the oversized balcony. Parking
One of the home's biggest advantages is its exceptional parking. The property includes two assigned ground-level parking stalls plus a private single garage for a small vehicle, which is rarely available in Canmore. This is especially valuable during holidays and peak seasons when parking can be a really headache. If your group is traveling with multiple vehicles, you'll appreciate the convenience of having dedicated parking right at the property instead of searching for a long time for street parking or walking long distances.

Our home is located near the railway corridor, and occasional train noise may be heard. Most guests find it minimal and are not bothered by it, but earplugs are provided for your comfort.

This is common throughout Canmore, as many residential and vacation rental properties are located between Highway 1 and the railway line. In fact, the majority of short-term rental developments in Canmore are situated in this area. Despite the occasional train, guests continue to enjoy the home's stunning mountain views, convenient location, and easy access to everything Canmore has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay, comfortable beds, perfectly stocked kitchen, the most amazing views anyone can imagine... Wow!! Would definitely stay again. Of note, my husband is a light sleeper and had a hard time with the train noise overnight since it's just off the tracks. The easy accessibility to Canmore downtown, hiking trails, Banff, etc was unbeatable.

Great layout, three nice bedrooms, and bathroom up. Open area upstairs has futon and TV outside bedrooms, and a shelf desk with three stools along the wall beside the stairway. Living room with TV is at the far end of the first floor kitchen/dining space; nice and dark with blackout curtains drawn across the doorway when used for a bedroom (two sofa beds). Loved the second story balcony for evening drinks, chatting about the day, looking at the mountains. First floor breakfast bar was great for the kid excited to watch the trains go by! Large dining table, and another bathroom with shower on first floor. Easy access to the #1 highway, or to grocery stores. Get up early to beat the crowd to the bagel cafe behind the unit!
