Building Renovations: Our building is currently undergoing complex-wide renovations (new roofing, painting and general construction). Scaffolding is in place around the exterior, and there may be periods of noise or dust while works are underway. Access to the apartment remains unaffected. If you have any questions before booking, please send an enquiry—we’re happy to help.
Parking: The property includes resident parking, there is not any allocated space and is a first in first serve basis, parking can be tight in the driveway, there is also verge parking however availibility is limited and not guranteed.
Access: The apartment is on the first floor (one flight up). Stairs are required—there is no lift/elevator. If you have mobility considerations or luggage questions, please message us before booking and we’ll help you plan.
Guest Portal & Online Check-in: After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to our external online check-in to complete our pre check-in. This will include:

We love sharing our home with guests and ask that you please respect these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay:
No parties or events – This is a peaceful home. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation of your stay, without refund.
No smoking indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this rule is broken.
Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to be considerate of our neighbours.
Take care of the property – If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know so we can sort it quickly. Guests are responsible for replacements/repairs.
Check-out – Before leaving, kindly remove rubbish, wash and put away dishes, and leave the home tidy. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.
Keys – Lost or unreturned keys will incur replacement charges.
