About this property

Home by the beach

Our cosy 80sq 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home is available to rent over the holiday period.
Would suit a family or small group of friends/2 couples (note there is no trampoline that is an older photo)

Fully fenced one side of house could easily block off the other for small children. Pets negotiable - message us.
Brand new deck and outdoor living space, big bifold door that opens up the whole living area, full kitchen, off street parking, outdoor shower - perfect for a beach get away.

It is in prime location right near the Papamoa Surf Life Saving Club and one street back from the beach.

Walkable to all the best spots around the area...
- The Island - Brewery, bar and restaurant (will be having a NY eve event)
- Gather Cafe
- Beach Bar/BlueBiYou
- Lantern Asian Fusion Restaurant
- Sauna Project by the beach
- Surf lessons.
- Supermarkets/shops in the papamoa plaza.

- Stormwater reserve walking track

Quaint house with a retro vibe. It is well maintained and perfect for a beach get away. Cosy outdoor area with BBQ and herb garden. Kitchen is well equipped for all you’d need for a few days away.Shower has a good pressure. Perfect location, 2 min walk to the beach and plenty of shops near by. The beds are on the softer side, which is great if that’s your preference. Cosy high quality linen. Would happily stay again.
