Air-conditioning
The house has air-conditioning in all bedrooms except for the 5th one and fans throughout. So either choose the cooling ocean breezes, or air-conditioning for your comfort and enjoyment
Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and has all appliances and fittings. This includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and all other items that you may need. There is also a Aldi pod machine for your use, pods are not supplied.
Linen
We supply all linen, sheets, bath and beach towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc.
Consumables
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc.
Pool
The property has a glistening salt water pool. The pool is not heated, but is facing the north side of the house allowing it to heat up quickly in the sun. Out of respect for our neighbours, the pool is only to be used between 7AM and 9PM.
Laundry
The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer and a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes. We do NOT provide laundry detergent.
Internet
We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.
The TV is set up for streaming services with your own account and also has access to all free to air channels.
Pets
Yes this is a Pet friendly property however your pet is not to be left alone in the home and you need to take the dog outside regularly to ensure that it does not urinate or defecate in the house. We know that most people are responsible dog owners and as a matter of course would do this.
A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.
We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.

Our large family enjoyed a fabulous holiday at this property. The outdoor living area with beautiful water views was a great way to live. Easy walk to the wharf for good restaurants.

There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $1000, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee.
