Feed the eels & the ducks! Let us know ahead of time and we'll stock up on eel & duck food for you in your freezer. So even if you have a day at "home", there's still plenty to do to keep the kids happy & occupied.

If your visit to Christchurch is due to a member of you family requiring
treatment at the hospital, please let us know. We've been there as a family, and we might be able to help.

FIRST LEVEL is an open plan lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry

* 2 coffee tables.
* Fully equipped kitchen, with espresso machine
* Dishwasher
* Huge oven with 5 burner gas hobs
* Every small appliances you can think of including an espresso machine
* Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, seasoning,
* Dishwasher pods & detergent, dish cloth & tea towel, dish brush all supplied
* Laundry area with a washing machine, with laundry pods & an electric drying rack
* Bathroom, with shower over bath, a new full size hairdryer, salon style Gudlox shampoo & conditioner & Pears body wash.

SECOND LEVEL has 2 large bedrooms (identical) and toilet
* Bedrooms have King size beds with quality bedding
* Bedside tables & lamps with 3 drawers
* 2 luggage racks (We never understand why you only get one per couple in hotels!)
* A huge wardrobe
* Portable air cooling machine
* Oil heater
* Ottoman with extra blanket & pillows
* These rooms have the space to have a portacot (can be supplied) if required.

THIRD LEVEL has one bedroom with another small room
* Bedroom has King single bed and a single bed and trundler
*Nightlight and lamp
* Air cooling machine
* Also a small room with a vanity with taps & cupboards, and a mirrored wardrobe. We have 2 memory foam mattresses available on request

Parking room for 2 cars, or campervan off street. Plenty of secure room for bikes & skis storage.

We live next door & know the things that will make your stay relaxed & hassle free. You may see us, or you may not. It's really up to you...we'll take your lead.
