It is nice. Note that there isn't three bathrooms unless they are counting the outside shower which I do not. There is a half bath off one bedroom and a sink in another. Both of these bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a full bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom is in the basement with a full shower and a door to the outside. My only complaint was there were only two beach towels. You could "rent" items for the beach. I have never been in a rental that didn't supply chairs, towels (more than 2 for a house that holds 6 people!), and a small cooler for the beach. The other house we rented did have these supplies. It is a nice location. The views are stunning except for the bedroom in the basement and all you can see is tall grass that is growing in front of the windows
