Why they chose this property
East Ballina is in the perfect location. Close enough to Byron to easily access its hustle and bustle, but far enough away to have peace and quiet. It’s a stones throw away from Ballina with its shops, pubs and restaurants, but just outside of that, that means most people don’t know of this little slice of heaven.
What makes this property unique
It’s a large beachside shack, where you can truly be yourself. Walk barefoot across the road to the beach, and pick up a coffee or a meal from the excellently rated cafe right next door to my home.
Tucked away off the main road, you don’t hear the cars, and mostly have the privilege of listening to the birds, cicadas and crickets.
It’s really the perfect balance of everything.
