Just a 3 min walk onto the sands of pristine Angels Beach & Coastal Nature Reserve. Scenic coastal walking/ cycle trails take you to Lennox Head, the waterways of Ballina & beyond. Close to Ballina CBD, airport and Lennox Head; 20mins to Byron Bay.

The space
The apartment offers one bedroom with a Queen - sized comfortable bed; ensuited bathroom with laundry facilities; and an open-plan lounge/ dining / kitchen bar. Large picture windows overlook a beautiful garden & alfresco dining area.

The apartment is small-dog friendly by prior approval. Enquiries for longer -term stays are welcome at a suitable discounted rate.

This is a large beachside home. Guests have exclusive and independent access to the apartment, which is situated at the front of the property.

We live at the rear of the property, with our own separate entrance and driveway. We operate a successful massage and Bowen therapy practice from the rear of the property.

*Our minimum-stay period is 3 nights in off-peak periods; and a 5 NIGHT minimum for CHRISTMAS/ JANUARY and EASTER.
* We offer DISCOUNTS for multiple week/ monthly stays. Business and contract workers, as well as those relocating to the area or building a new home, are invited to message us for a quote to suit your length of stay.

Happy Holiday
Very well appointed property a short walk from dog on leash beach. Easy access by car to other beaches and river. 20minutes to drive to Lennox Head and a further 20 minutes to Byron Bay. Generous supply of various food items eg cereal, milk, juice and condiments. Friendly and prompt communication with Paula. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Paula.
