The Little Beach Haven is a modern tiny home designed for comfort, style and thoughtful living. Enjoy year-round comfort with split-system heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish shower room. Step outside to a private deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation, with convenient private parking. Upstairs features a queen master bedroom and a cosy single room, both with charming reduced-height ceilings, creating a warm and intimate coastal retreat.

Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Included:

Linen:
• Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet rolls per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face cloths/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.
