About this property

The Oyster Cottage is a BRAND NEW, 4700 sq.ft., luxury home that will be perfect for your vacation. Location is everything, and this home is only 2 blocks from the village/pier area and close to the beach. Our home can easily accommodate 15 guests with its open floor plan. The kitchen boasts Fisher & Paykel appliances, a wine fridge, ice machine, and a large quartzite island. You can enjoy the 2 downstairs indoor entertainment areas which include a fireplace and t.v., or open the 16ft. panoramic doors to enjoy the outside pool area. Relax on the back porch overlooking the 15x 35 ft. heated pool with a swim out area or enjoy the 6 to 8 person spa. Outside entertainment includes a
75 inch t.v., and a fireplace. You can enjoy music on SONOS by the pool and downstairs. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has a 55 inch t.v., and the master bath has marble floors, a free standing tub and shower. Upstairs is an additional entertaining area with a 55 inch t.v. and bar area. Bedroom 2 and 3 offer queen size beds and private baths. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed and private bath. The oversized BUNK ROOM and private bathroom is spacious and has 5 single beds and a queen size sofa sleeper.

The Oyster Cottage has a 2 car garage and enough parking for 6 vehicles. It is also completely gated.

Nice Place

Great newly renovated house well located on St. Simons. Very clean and well laid out. Great pool and hot tub (which heated up quickly). Very nice outdoor sitting areas. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, plates, etc. which we apricated! Comfortable beds. Kids loved the bunk room...would def rent again!

Great property!

Rented the house for my daughters wedding. It was perfect. Great open spaces downstairs. Plenty of room upstairs with the bunk room for the bridesmaids. Best part was the owner. He would do anything to help. Wish we had rented it longer!

Great home for large groups!

This house was great for our large family holiday. Walking distance to shops, outstanding restaurants, and the beach. Giving four stars overall ONLY because there was no recycling, which was really disappointing. Otherwise, two thumbs up and would recommend!

Beautiful home and perfect location!

We LOVED the house. Beautifully decorated, great floorpan and a perfect location! My husband, me, our four adult children, their spouses, our grandchildren, and a babysitter enjoyed our weekend and hope to return again soon!

We had 12 people over 3 generations staying at the house, and the layout, room sizes, and furniture were perfect for us to be together, as well as to break away to relax. Sound didn’t carry throughout the house making a sneak away afternoon nap, or sleeping in possible. The pool was a big hit - the shallow ledge was great for the little ones to splash and jump. Loved the extra large island for gathering both during and between meals. Plenty of parking and lots of beach chairs and accessories available. Short east to the village and several shady parks. Mike was quick to respond when needed. We had a fantastic family vacation!
