Welcome to Fabulous on 14th and this house is truly fabulous. If you loved the late 60's to early 70's you will love this home. As you enter the front door to the main house you will notice the roomy main living area complete with two large couches, two sitting chairs and large flatscreen television. (fireplace is decoration only) Off the living area there is a sunporch with a seating table that sits four and a private office with working desk and two sitting chairs. The master bedroom is situated with a king bed, flatscreen tv, walk in shower with double vanity sink. The second master has a king bed, flatscreen tv, tub/ shower combo with a single vanity sink.The first guest room is situated with two twin beds and a bathroom that has a single vanity sink and walk in shower.

The kitchen is also located on the main living area. All of the appliances are stainless including the gas stove top and wall oven. There is a closet that has a stackable washer and dryer along with an extra fridge and freezer. The dining area has an eating bar for three, dining table that sits ten and a half bath located near by.

As you make your way to the second level you will enter the second living area. This room has a eating bar for two, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. In the living area there is a large flatscreen tv, large couch and two sitting chairs. The second guest room has a bunk bed that has a queen on the top, queen on the bottom perfect for kids or adults and a bath that has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. The second guest room located on this floor has a queen bed, single vanity sink, walk in shower and a stackable washer and dryer.

Back down stairs and through the sliding door you will find your very own private pool that can be heated for an additional fee. There is plenty of seating for the whole family. There are four lounging chairs, eating table for six, sitting area for four, two rocking chairs, propane grill and a large flatscreen television for entertaining. Just out the front door you will find the guest house. There is a living area that has a large sofa, sitting chair and flatscreen television. The master bedroom is situated with a king bed, large flat screen television and a bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, large flatscreen, bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk in shower. There is a small kitchen with all stainless appliances and an eating table for two. Outside you will find the tiki bar. There are two pub tables with four seats each, a picnic table, bar area and propane grill. The guest house also has its very own stackable washer and dryer.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:

1 bar of soap in each bathroom
