Perched directly on the rocky shoreline of John’s Bay, this exceptional waterfront home is one of our most sought-after properties. The expansive oceanfront deck features a hot tub with sweeping water views, while a full in-ground pool sits just steps away, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and coastal living.

Inside, this modern home is designed to showcase the breathtaking scenery and unforgettable sunsets. A sunroom, striking granite fireplace, and spacious open-concept living area provide comfortable gathering spaces, all complemented by approximately 200 feet of private ocean frontage and a spectacular deck overlooking the bay.

The property also includes a separate two-bedroom guest house with a kitchenette and full bath — ideal for extended family or guests. For entertainment, the lower level offers a game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and air hockey.
