Mere moments on foot from your stay is the Lansdowne Café, a charming spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch; Paesano Pizza; and a convenience store. A 10 minute walk will have you at Hill St Grocer, a Tasmanian icon full of fresh, local produce.
At the end of the street is the base of Knocklofty reserve, a lovely place for a walk or the start of an extensive mountain bike trail network. The city & Salamanca is an easy downhill stroll, or there is public transport outside Lansdowne cafe. You can also hop on one of the electric scooters for hire, dotted all over the city.
