The driveway and carport are available, though the driveway is quite steep - 2WD vehicles can struggle to grip on the way out, so it's best suited to AWD or 4WD. Nose-in and reverse out works best. Street parking is easy and plentiful, and often the simplest option for most guests.

Accessibility DelMonte Haven is a two storey home with stairs between levels (no lift). Bedrooms are split across both levels and the home is not wheelchair accessible.

DelMonte Haven is a spacious, beautifully finished coastal retreat in Copacabana on the Central Coast, where leafy bushland meets the sand and the pace of life genuinely slows down. Set on a generous block with a private nature backdrop, this stylish 4 bedroom home is designed for families, couples, and groups who want more than just a place to sleep. You want a place that makes you exhale the moment you walk in.

The Space

Spread across two light filled levels with a northerly aspect that pours warmth into every room, DelMonte Haven gives everyone space to be together and space to retreat. Upstairs, open plan living flows from a modern kitchen through a bright dining and lounge area and out to a viewing deck, perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds. Downstairs, a private retreat with its own living area and generous entertaining deck opens onto the bushland, ideal for BBQs, long lunches, or relaxed evenings outdoors.

A small number of cupboards, including 4th bedroom, are kept locked for storage.

A Kitchen You'll Actually Want to Cook In

The kitchen is a genuine highlight. Induction stovetop, a fantastic oven, air fryer, quality cookware, sharp knives, and everything you need for proper home cooked meals. Head downstairs to the Weber BBQ on the generous deck and you can comfortably feed the whole group alfresco.

Rest and Restore

Terrigal and Avoca Beach are a short drive away when you want cafes, restaurants, and a bit more buzz, and MacMasters Beach is within walking distance for a different stretch of coastline. Sydney is about 90 minutes by car when you need the city, but you probably won't.
