Parking

The driveway and carport are available, however the driveway is very steep. Some 2WD vehicles can struggle for grip when driving out, so it is best suited to AWD or 4WD vehicles. Parking nose-in and reversing out works best. Street parking is easy, plentiful and often the simplest option.

Accessibility

DelMonte Haven is a two storey home with stairs between levels (no lift). Bedrooms are split across both levels and the home is not wheelchair accessible.

A Peaceful Stay

This is a quiet coastal sanctuary. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Children are very welcome, and small to mid-sized, house-trained dogs may be considered with prior approval.

DelMonte Haven is a spacious, beautifully finished coastal retreat in Copacabana on the Central Coast, where leafy bushland meets the sand and the pace of life genuinely slows down. Set on a generous block with a private bushland backdrop, this stylish four bedroom home is designed for families, couples and groups looking for a relaxing coastal escape.

The Space

Spread across two light-filled levels, DelMonte Haven gives everyone room to come together and space to unwind. Upstairs, the open plan living area flows from the modern kitchen through the dining and lounge spaces to a sunny viewing deck, perfect for a morning coffee while listening to the birds.

Downstairs offers a private retreat with its own living area and generous entertaining deck overlooking the bushland, making it ideal for BBQs, long lunches or relaxed evenings outdoors.

A small number of cupboards, including one in the fourth bedroom, are kept locked for owner storage.

A Kitchen You'll Actually Want to Cook In

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, quality oven, air fryer, quality cookware, sharp knives and everything you need to prepare real home-cooked meals. Downstairs, the Weber BBQ on the spacious deck makes outdoor dining easy for the whole group.

Rest and Restore

The spa-inspired bathroom with its freestanding bath creates the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Comfortable beds, quality linens and thoughtful touches throughout help make your stay feel easy and comfortable.

The home features beautiful timber floorboards throughout, which means sound can travel between levels. If you are a light sleeper or have little ones napping downstairs, it's worth keeping this in mind when others are moving around upstairs.

The Location

Terrigal and Avoca Beach are only a short drive away when you're looking for more cafés, restaurants and shopping, while MacMasters Beach is close by for another beautiful stretch of coastline. Sydney is approximately 90 minutes away by car, though once you're here, you may not want to leave.
