Aircon was on a timer and would shut itself off after a few hours. In the heat we had it meant i was getting up through the night to turn it back on. Kids were waking up hot and there was no fan in the second room. Reception did try to find the code to turn off the aircon timer with no luck. We would have appreciated if more assistance was provided. Otherwise everything was gpod, friendly and helpful staff etc
