***The breezeway tile project has officially begun. The 19th and 18th floors started today, 3/26/26. Moving forward, the contractors will be completing two floors at a time as the project progresses. Please note that while work is being completed on a floor, the elevator call buttons on that floor will be temporarily out of service. You will still be able to access the floor using the elevator; however, you will not be able to call the elevator from outside on that level. To use the elevator, you will need to go either one floor up or one floor down to press the call button.***



Seawind 1901 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores with beautiful Gulf-front views from the 19th floor.



Condo Features:



• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom



• Vinyl flooring is throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four, and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Bunk room features a set of full bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes and armbands upon arrival at Seawind: Parking passes - $50 each (limit 2), Armbands - $2 each (limit 8). Cash or check only.

Our family had an amazing time during our oceanfront getaway. Everything felt easy and relaxed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, with plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils the air fryer was a HUGE SURPRISE. The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking. The kids loved waking up and running straight to the heated pool, and we loved being able to watch the Sunrises and in the evenings and listening to the waves became our favorite family ritual at night. The location made everything convenient — beach access, stores, and family‑friendly dining options.We left with full hearts and so many great memories. We’ll definitely be coming back for another family adventure.

The only real issue we experienced was an issue with the elevators the first two days of our stay- completely unrelated to the unit or host. The host was responsive to all messages before stay and during.
