The cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! Had zero issues, everything was as it was presented in the listing. Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful, very quiet and serene. The amenities are really awesome, especially the downstairs game room. There were 9 of us staying at the property and we never felt crowded. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house is near downtown Galena, golfing and the Spa. The only thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the hot tub and that’s only because we own one. Also, it would be nice to have a ladder to help get into and out of the hot tub. Another suggestion would be to have a small beverage frig in the downstairs area. That being said, we would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Great Group Getaway with Awesome Amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Galena Vacation Homes for a bachelor party and it was perfect for our group. The house was clean, spacious, and had great amenities — pool table, foosball, and a hot tub we used every night. Plenty of room to hang out, comfortable beds, and easy check‐in. The location was quiet and only about 10 minutes from Eagle Ridge Golf, which made getting to our tee time super convenient. Would definitely stay again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! It was spacious and we liked the open concept in the kitchen/living area along with the wonderful game area in the lower level. It was great to have 4 bedrooms with king size beds along with enough beds in the 5th bedroom for the children. We enjoyed the fire pit too. The hot tub needed steps to get into and out of easily. Overall we were VERY PLEASED with our stay at this beautiful home.

We had a family gathering with our 2 kids and their families (10 of us in all, 6 adults,1 teenager, a 3 yr old, a 7 yr old and a 16 month old). This house was plenty big and spacious enough for all of us to have our ‘own’ space when needed! The interior has been freshly painted and updated. We loved the open concept living area where we could all gather for meals and just talk. The littles enjoyed the basement games available (pool table, foosball, board games, etc.) and my teenaged G'son LOVED the card table and chips! The newly redecorated ‘kid’ room with the bunk beds was a hit with my middle grandsons, they even decided to try out a new bed each night! (sorry to Hernandez Family Cleaning because they had to wash all that extra bedding). My son and DIL really enjoyed the hot tub, used it almost every night! Kids also loved the frisbee golf game in the backyard. Only disappointment with a house so large and able to accommodate large families, it didn’t have ‘kid’ friendly kitchen plates, cups etc. These are readily available and inexpensive at a local Dollar store. Not a deal breaker and maybe it’ll be there for the next family who rents the house. Exterior needs a little TLC, but in time I’m sure that will happen. All-in-all, this a GREAT house! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Linda and Vito were extremely gracious hosts. Very quick to respond to any messages we sent their way. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again!
