Overall a nice clean place to stay. The house feels a little dated. Old dishwasher and bathrooms. Multiple lightbulbs were out. Not a lot of items in the kitchen. We had to go purchase measuring spoons and cups. Spectacular views! Watch out for bats after sunset…. They are everywhere! Amber the host contact was great, she responded super quickly and was really friendly!The Running Y amenities were great. Nice employees at the fitness center and it was very clean. Resort is easy to navigate.

Started out looking pretty nice. Upstairs cable system wasn't working but that was fixed within a day. Numerous burned out light bulbs inside the house. Outside the garage lights were burned out as well. When the sun comes up in the morning it illuminates the windows and the floors upstairs and downstairs you see area's that had been missed for sweeping. We moved the couch back to pick up an item that had been dropped and it was not pretty under there. We swept up the trash that was under the couch. Looking at the frying pans we were afraid to use them as well as the toaster it was in bad shape. We went out and bought a small toaster and coffee maker so we could have something in the mornings. The back yard has a nice view with the wildlife coming up close to the house. It is close to the Running Y Resort and a short drive to the Golf Course.

Everything was very clean , however the AC & the garbage disposal were not working, The furniture had slip covers on them that did not fit properly so very uncomfortable and the cushions did not fit in them properly.Communicating with VRBO was AI and no one showed up to fix the problems.
