The place was beautiful, with a spacious house and a convenient location near Surf City. There were plenty of great dining and shopping options nearby. The pool was nice, but the inside of the house needed more attention to cleanliness. Despite this, I’ll definitely be returning to this place.

The place was just as advertised. Very clean & cozy with a modern feel. The bedroom layout was a little different. You have 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The first two bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the 3rd room has a double-size bed. To get to the 3rd room, you have to go through one of the other bedrooms, so privacy for the middle room may be tricky. The swimming pool is a great feature. We used it almost daily. Internet speed (150/120 MB down/up) & reliability were great. The property is located less than 50 yards from the beach; it's a very easy walk to the beach. Although this beach is not the nice, soft sand beach, it is more of a large stone beach, but I would not mark that as a negative thing, since there are 2 awesome beaches (Playa Majahual & Playa San Blas, both next to Surf City El Tunco) less than a 10-minute drive, where we took some surfing lessons.During our stay, communication with the host was OK, but as always, there is room for improvement. The host, Ron, was great to work with; we had two incidents during our stay, which Ron quickly got resolved.Overall, great property, good location, good host. We had a great time (family of 6).
