Spacious split level three-bedroom home in Shoal Bay, just 600 metres from the beach, featuring a lovely wrap-around verandah on the upper level to take in the views.

The property features a dedicated games and rumpus room complete with a billiards pool table, large smart flat-screen TV, darts, books, board games and more. There is also an L-shaped lounge seating area that easily converts into a comfortable double bed.
The space
The upper level offers three bedrooms (Queen, Queen, Double and Single), the main bathroom, and a light-filled living dining area with access to the verandah. A full kitchen with a casual seperate seating room area completes this level.

Downstairs is a fun-filled games and rumpus room with pool table and a lounge that converts to a double bed, along with a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Parking is provided via the carport and driveway and off street is free.

Split air conditioning is located in the main living dining area upstairs and main bedroom and downstairs in the rumpus room.
