Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove and fully equipped kitchen.
Mezzanine: lounge (comfortable sofa bed, TV), shower room with toilet.
First floor: bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm, cot), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, two single beds 90 x 190 cm), separate toilet. Bed linen, household linen, and towels provided.
For a maximum of 1 or 2 nights, a dormitory-style bedroom is available (at an additional cost) with external access: double sofa bed and three single beds, one of which is a bunk bed: €75 excluding bed linen.
Village hall.
Private enclosed garden adjoining the owners' garden. Bicycle storage. Small chicken coop with poultry adjoining the rear of the cottage.

Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome, however, the owners have four very friendly ones. The Orne River, one of Normandy's most important waterways, rises just a stone's throw from the cottage... hence its name, given by Stéphanie and Johann, who largely restored this charming barn on their property themselves until the summer of 2021. You can admire the chickens and roosters in the farmyard from the kitchen window and, at the same time, make good use of your household waste.
Located in the countryside, on the edge of the village, you will enjoy the proximity of the charming town of Sées (4 km), rich in a thousand-year-old historical heritage (cathedral with concerts and the Musilumières light show in summer), with its shops and services. Also worth discovering is the "Rustik" medieval fantasy adventure and immersion park (7 km), the Ecouves animal park (11 km), and, of course, the unmissable Haras national du Pin, "the Versailles of Horses" (18 km).
