With the pool and the beach just steps from the villa, prepare for a relaxing vacation for a family or various couples vacationing together. Enjoy four bedrooms two with full size beds two with queen size beds and walk-in glass showers. The two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and the two bedrooms upstairs have their own private bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a TV cable and internet is provided. The pool and BBQ area is located within steps to the villa. Stay here!

4BR Condo near Ocotal Beach

This is an excellent property near the town of Playas del Coco,, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It's a little off the beaten track. I recommend it if you enjoy organizing your own vacation activities in a beautiful, tropical location. We have visited the area several times, and have already booked our next stay.

Fantastic!

Very relaxing place to stay. Quiet, unless you are bothered by those crazy Howler Monkeys and waking up to the sounds of birds. Short taxi ride to Coco beach or rent a golf cart. Lisa was a pleasure. Responded quickly to any of my queries. House was spotless. Thanks again for the accommodations.

This property is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is located near the beach of Playa Ocotal! Stunning and easy location to walk to the beach. You are a 10 golf cart to Playas del Coco. The rental includes access to Coco Bay Tennis/pickle ball, pool and gym.

What makes this property unique

The Ocotal beach is great for snorkeling, swimming, fishing and more....the private gated entrance community has a nice relaxing pool as well. It also includes two beach clubs and one with a gym and tennis courts. We offer a mid-vacation cleaning if you stay with us for 7 or more days. However, we know that during this time of Covid, it may not work and we understand. We will do what is best for you!
