The lounge flows effortlessly into the dining area and out onto the balcony and backyard, where you can relax on beanbags in the sun or enjoy a leisurely BBQ under the sky. The garage doubles as a fun entertainment space with ping pong and also houses a washer and dryer for added convenience. Parking is simple with a spot at the front of the house and additional street parking nearby. While the home is attached to two neighbouring properties, it remains private and peaceful.



Just a short seven-minute stroll takes you to the iconic Omanu Beach, patrolled in summer and perfect for a day by the waves. Stop by Surf Road for some of the Bay’s best coffee and bites, or indulge in a smoothie or real fruit ice cream from the Omanu Shack while watching the waves roll in. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, Drift House offers a seamless blend of style, comfort, and location - everything you need for the ultimate Mount Maunganui escape.



House Rules:

- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age

- Strictly no parties, gatherings or events

- Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am

- No pets allowed

- Note, there is a dog that lives next door, he may bark but will quieten down after 5-10 minutes

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
