Please note: the exterior landscaping is not yet completed as we’re waiting on trades who can’t commence work until mid‑2026. This means currently there is no driveway,backyard or outdoor entertainment areas. Because of this, we’ve priced the listing accordingly— but rest assured, the home itself is fully furnished, beautifully finished, and ready for you to enjoy.

The stay was no huddle-easy check in, loved the fact that there is linen. The house is very spacious and a lot of light, very well decorated. The only missing part was that the backyard is not complete yet with no fence. Otherwise, nice place to stay, not far away from the beach.

This property was a fantastic space for two families (4 adults and 4 children) to spend a weekend on the Yorke Peninsula. The house is modern and the open living area provided a great communal space for us to relax. The property is in a great location, within walking distance to the Port Hughes General Store/Tavern and a short drive to the bigger neighbouring towns and attractions. The host provided prompt and helpful communication when required. The only suggestions for improvement would be some complimentary coffee facilities (pod machine/pods) and soap in the showers. Overall the accommodation was great and I would recommend it for any families with children planning a group stay on the Yorke Peninsula.
