Great location, good value, fully functional property.

We enjoyed our stay overall but cleanliness needs improvement. The floors were filthy, I have a crawling baby and needed to clean the floors myself because she kept picking up dirt and crumbs from previous guests. There was also sand remaining. It was pretty disappointing.

Great room. Kitchen is full of supplies. Beds are very comfortable. Separate entrance in the back was very convenient. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back! If I had to complain I'd say the tv in the living room is very small but we're on vacation so that's not a valid complaint. 9/10.
