The Space

Guests have exclusive use of the primary bedroom and living spaces.

The primary bedroom is spacious and serene, featuring a king bed with quality linens and views of greenery. The adjoining ensuite bathroom includes a large shower and deep soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

The main living area is warm and inviting, anchored by a modern wood-burning fireplace and large windows that bring in natural light and forest views. At the front of the house, a cozy reading room with a gas fireplace offers a second, quieter place to relax — ideal for morning coffee, yoga, evening reading, or simply slowing down.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, including a chef’s range and top of the line built in appliances as well as a super automatic espresso maker. Fast Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, and a calm layout make the home equally well suited to holidays or remote work.

Outdoor Space & Wellness

The backyard is small, private, and intentionally designed, featuring a cedar deck, a planted retaining wall, and a barrel sauna tucked into the landscape. It’s a peaceful space to reset after hiking or biking, with a strong sense of privacy and enclosure.

The house is located in a quiet North Vancouver neighbourhood with easy access to mountain bike trails, hiking routes, and nearby parks, while remaining a short drive to cafés, shops, and downtown Vancouver. It’s an excellent base for guests who want to spend time outdoors without sacrificing comfort or design.

Please note that a small fluffy dog normally lives in this home. While the home will be thoroughly cleaned before guest arrival, if you are allergic to dogs this may not be the home for you. Additionally, this home is perched on a steep grade and there are numerous stairs and different levels throughout the interior and exterior, so it would challenging for those with mobility issues.
