Emery Board cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this little cottage with flowers all around and it’s fenced in privacy. We noticed the stained carpeting upon our arrival but we assumed it was a permanent stain and just took pictures to be sure we didn’t get blamed for it. Didn’t report it because we weren’t interested in it getting steam cleaned while we were there for the month. When notified we had after our departure that we had stained the carpeting and were responsible for having it cleaned, we sent the pictures dated on the day of our arrival. We didn’t hear back from Sanctuary Vacation Rentals until two weeks later when we received an email with an over $500 bill for cleaning the carpeting.I reminded them of the pictures of the stained carpeting and were we had sent, but still have not heard back.
