The space include a queen bed and double bed with quality bedding, TV, and full access to rooftop pool, gym, BBQ facility, library, function room and conference room! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the city from the rooftop pool.

A new furnished kitchen includes oven, dish washer, touch-screen microwave and fridge plus cutlery, plates and glasses.

Tram route 58 is downstairs the building and the Queen Victoria Market is only two tram stops away. You can also take less than 2 minutes walk to get access to tram route 58, 86 and 96. Nearby more than 10 bus services can help you travel to everywhere you want!
The apartment has no car park, but there are two public car parks just next door (Kings Parking or Secure Parking).
Please do remember that you are staying in a private apartment. The building receiption, hotel staffs and hotel housekeepers won’t help you with anything. Please do not ask them for cleaning, towels, storage and any others. I am the person you should contact for.
Please contact host though Airbnb for any enquire.
Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.
1.Strictly No smoking, house parties, yelling or loud music please or security deposit will be taken.
2.Number of Guests not to exceed the number stated on the confirmation advise or agreed before hand. Fees will apply for any excess guests not agreed with the host in advance.
3.Guests will be charged AU $150 for loss, failure or damage of return apartment keys or swipes. Also if the Smoke Detector goes off, guest will be charged the Fire Brigade attendance to a the false alarm, with an approximate cost of AUD $3000 per attendance per fire engine.
4.Check-ins are after 3pm. Check-outs are before 10am.
5.If after the check-in you forget the keys inside the apartment and you request us to come to let you in again, there will be a once off AU$30 surcharge.
