This is an intimate 6 story condo complex located directly on Vanderbilt Beach

Unit #602 is a Penthouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

While the decor & finishes are dated, the unit is very clean and has new towels, linens and kitchenware. There are new smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The owner also purchased new lanai furniture.



The main living space provides for kitchen/breakfast room off the entrance to the unit. The living room/dining room combo overlooks the lanai. The split bedroom floor plan houses the guest bedroom and bathroom off the main entrance area while the primary bedroom and bathroom flank the living room. The primary bedroom has direct lanai access as well.



The lanai views are absolutely amazing......gulf views and breeze while also enjoying incredible sunsets!



Community outdoor space offers a spa/hot tub, patio with lounge chairs and outdoor dining space. There's also a propane gas BBQ grill for guest use.

Beach front, panoramic view from beautifully furnished , new deck furniture. You can see the ocean from the living area and master bedroom. All furniture was very comfortable . The unit was well stocked with kitchen appliances , 3 Smart TV as well as beach items : 4 high back beach chairs with lids , beach cart and a cool cabana sun hut. I would highly recommend Tammy and Neil Novak as hosts. They were both very quick to return a phone call and respond to my questions without any delay.
