CHALET familial Peydecoum

Our cottage welcomes you year-round in the southern Landes, in a quiet neighborhood of the village of Saint-Geours-de-Maremne.<br>It is located on our property behind our house and has a separate entrance.<br>You’ll find all the essential small shops in the village center.<br><br>Towns where you can enjoy our Basque-Landes region: <br>In the Landes region: Saubusse (10 min) and Dax (20 min), both spa towns. For beaches and surfing, there’s Capbreton, Hossegor, and Vieux Boucau, all 20 minutes away. <br>In the Basque Country: Bayonne and Biarritz are 40 minutes away, and St. Jean de Luz is 45 minutes away.<br>Spain: San Sebastián (1 hour 15 minutes) for its tapas.<br><br>The chalet can accommodate 4 people (2 adults + 2 children).<br>It consists of:<br>- a 35 m² first floor with a main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen), a bathroom with a shower, sink, and countertop, a separate toilet, and a pantry<br>- a 35 m² mezzanine with the master bedroom (1 double bed, 160 x 200 cm) and a children’s bedroom (2 single beds, 90 x 200 cm) <br>- a 10 m² covered terrace with a table, chairs, and a barbecue<br>- a 45 m² garden.<br>Amenities include: DVD player, Wii console with games, internet, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, and small freezer.<br>For children: Folding bed with mattress, high chair, baby bathtub, changing pad, lockable handrails for the loft, safety gate, and stair railings.<br>Heating and air conditioning.<br><br>Bed linens, bath towels, and cleaning supplies are provided. Before your departure, we ask that you empty the refrigerator, take out the trash (kitchen and bathroom), and set aside the linens (bed linens and towels).<br><br>Option to be paid on-site: <br>- Cleaning fee of €40<br>- Tourist tax <br><br>Weekly rentals.<br>Outside of school holidays: Last-minute reservations are possible for a minimum of 2 nights with check-in after 6:00 PM (after we finish work).<br>Pets are not allowed.<br>Smoking is prohibited indoors.
