Relax with a hot shower or sauna, cozy up with a book, or unwind on the large front deck with rainforest views. Kid friendly! Just minutes from beaches, bushwalks and cafés.

The heart of the home is the beautifully designed custom-built kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, generous bench space, and thoughtful styling. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or cooking an evening meal, this kitchen makes it effortless and enjoyable. The easy connection between the kitchen, dining area, and living space means everyone stays part of the conversation.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, warm timber floors, and soft, calming tones that create an ideal environment for rest. Wake up to birdsong and leafy views each morning. An additional day bed in the sunroom offers a flexible space for reading, relaxing, or accommodating an extra guest. This sunroom is one of the home’s most loved features — a cosy nook filled with natural light where you can sip a cuppa, dive into a book, or watch the kids play outside.

Please note: This property is a two-story home, and your accommodation occupies the entire upper level. The downstairs area is completely separate, rented privately, and has its own private entrance, ensuring your stay remains quiet and undisturbed. The backyard space is technically shared, however the downstairs occupant does not use it, so guests have full practical access.
