Indulge and relax at the Copa Beach House. This is the perfect holiday getaway for your family & friends. Enjoy the beach lifestyle, just 2 minute easy stroll from the front door.

Experience the best of holiday living. Swim or surf Copacabana's golden surf beach and tidal rockpool or kayak, fish or paddle in the lagoon. You can stroll from one end of Copa all the way around to McMasters Beach.

The Copa Beach House is near to the Rock Pool end of the beach - which is very popular with young children. There is a selection of cafes & restaurants to choose from, plus a bakery, newsagent and day spa. Good coffee, even by Sydney standards, just a short stroll away!

COPA BEACH HOUSE:
A recently renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom house, with a lovely outdoor entertaining deck overlooking a large grassy, fully enclosed backyard - just 200m flat walk to the beach.

OPEN PLAN LIVING AREAS:
Lounge room - Modern and comfortable leather lounge, large smart television. Reverse cycle Air Conditioning.

Dining room - stylish wooden table & chairs will cater for 6.

Kitchen - modern kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area. Includes: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, ample storage, glasses & plates. Superbly stocked kitchen. A high chair and port-a-cot is provided for those with babies/toddlers. The kitchen over looks the backyard & deck, which is handy to keep an eye out while the kids play.

LARGE COVERED DECK:
Enjoy the lovely undercover rear deck with an outdoor seating for 8 and barbecue, overlooking a large flat grassy backyard that is fully enclosed. Perfect for children, including a large children's swing set. Great yard for a game of cricket.

Perfect house for families with children! The parents will definitely feel like they have had a break. That is the feedback we hear all of the time.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off when you return from a chilled out day at the beach.

BEDROOMS:
Main bedroom: queen size bed, large built-ins & Reverse cycle air conditioner & ceiling fan.
2nd Bedroom: queen size bed & ceiling fan, drawers
3rd Bedroom: a set of bunk beds & drawers for storage.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is large, with a separate bath and shower.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.

You will need to supply your own linen ie sheets, pillow cases, beach towels, bath towels & mat, tea-towels.

Please note this house is NOT suitable for large groups of adults or teenagers. Parties and events are not permitted.

Note during school holidays, the Copa Beach House is only available for weekly bookings, from Saturday to Saturday.

Property was as described. Location was a short walk to the beach.No interaction with host during stay but prior to stay communication was good. Some confusion when picking up key as the Real estate agent didn’t have our booking on her system. This was sorted and we were eventually given the key. The cleaners hadn’t been to the property when we arrived so we went for a drive while they cleaned. They were super friendly and apologetic ( apparently check in was meant to be 3pm not 2pm as we were advised in the check-in information and the phone call with the estate agent on the day of arrival)

Great few days away with our son and grandchildren. Short walk to the beach. Kids loved the outdoor space and swings! Clean, tidy and had everything we needed!

Great holiday house

Perfect little holiday house for a family with kids. The backyard is lovely & our boys loved the swing set. So nice that it’s pet friendly as well. We’ve stayed twice now this year & will keep coming back for our Copa holidays. Location is perfect, so close to the beach.

Great location and a pleasant cottage

Pleasant place, safe for my partner and her little dog. Comfortable furnishing with good ammenites. Very good really. The only spoiler was a noisy all night party in a nearby house. Would book again.

Copacabana beach house

This was the second time we have stayed at Copacabana Beach house. It is so convenient to the beach. We enjoyed our walk to Burnt Honey bakery each day and dinner at both Lady Copa and the Cantina. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We will certainly come back again.

Perfect - would definitely return

Such a great spot and the perfect beach house. It’s so close to the beach, big backyard, great for a bbq on the deck, outdoor shower so nice after a swim, and a great big TV for the kids with Netflix available. Super comfortable and couldn’t have hoped for more. We would love to return. Booking was very easy and quick. Thanks so much!

Older house but in very good condition; amazingly close to the beach and Copa shops; good range of cooking utensils etc - perfect for making a Christmas feast. We didn't read all the way to the bottom of the property description - you need to take your own linen and dogs have to stay outside Also could not get the rumpus room open (not a big deal for us)

Beach stay

We had a wonderful break at this lovely Beach House. The house was great. It was very well designed and well thought out. Lovely garden and back deck for a barbecue. Everything we needed to enjoy a week by the beach. The location was great. It was so nice to be able to walk back and forward a from the house to the beach and the shops etc of Copacabana. Our two little doggos also thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

So convenient!

With a very short and level walk to the lovely beach, shops and cafes, this location could not have been better for a self-contained holiday! Clean, simply furnished and with a good fenced yard and covered deck, it was a home from home for a week for us and our two dogs. We didn't need to go far afield for supplies with the excellent George's fruit and vegie market just up the hill stocking meat and gourmet ingredients and Copa supermarket, pharmacy and bottle shop for other basics (we also brought a lot of dry goods plus dog food in as we didn't want to go far for food). With the winding hilly streets, we were lucky to be on the flat but took advantage of the terrain for our daily dog walks. My dogs aren't into the salt water but we were so close to the off leash area where many furry friends were happily congregating! Very very happy with our holiday here. My only suggestion for improvement would be to supply a standing fan for better ventilation and bedside lamp in the smaller (bunkbeds) bedroom for older kids to read. The front bedrooms had fans and with the main air-conditioning on in living room we could cut the afternoon heat. Otherwise, spot on for an easy relaxed beach holiday!

Thanks Tracey for letting us stay at your great beach house over the Christmas break. Your house is very generously stocked and worked perfectly for our Christmas Day lunch. Nice location

We fully enjoyed our stay in Tracey's house. It is very close to the beach and the rock pool, which is super kids-friendly. We appreciate the late check out on Sunday. It would be even better if there is a lock box for the keys, rather than pickup and drop off from the agent. But overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great little house

Lovely little house. Really clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the lack of after hours access to keys. We had to pay a $25 call out fee to get keys delivered to the house because we couldn’t get to the managing real estate agent during business hours. Needs a safe lock box or something.

Pleasant and comfortable but..

The property is a smallish cottage in size that has an updated living room and kitchen. It is well stocked and comfortable sofa. There is however a few bits that undermined a 5star stay. Although bright and fresh the cleaning was a bit under the mark - of note, sofa and surrounds were sandy with crumps etc with items between sofa cushions. Fan blades were dirty. No linen or towels. Only 1 light doona on each bed, no extras. Back verandah is many years overdue for painting with ageing splintering wood that detracts from the remodeling inside. A back shed/room den was locked. We enjoyed our stay and noted the up to date facilities - AC, NBN etc but cleaning and outdoors requires attn to polish the accommodation,

Beach break with the family

Fantastic place with a big yard, and a short stroll to the beach. The house is well equipped, the hot shower outside was a huge plus. We absolutely loved it, we'll be back.

Neat little house a very easy walk to Copacabana beach. Well equipped kitchen. Big, fenced garden with play equipment and an outdoor shower, which was a big hit with the kids. Overall, a lovely stay!

We have been renting out the Copa Beach house to holiday makers for over 17 years. Initially we bought the house because we had young kids and loved the flat easy walk to Copa Beach, the Rockpool is kid friendly and the big backyard gave our kids the chance to enjoy the grassy space. We have loved that our house has provided so many happy holiday moments for lots of families and couples.
