Two golf courses a few blocks away from each (Hollywood beach golf club & Eco Golf Club). Westlake park is 1.5 miles away where kayak and paddle board rental is available Parking in driveway is also available.
King size bed, desk and double-closet in main bedroom & Queen size bed, double closet in second bedroom. Full bath and storage closet in hallway. Full kitchen with coffee maker, stove-oven, refrigerator & microwave.
Living room and dining room are open spaces leading to the big back yard for your enjoyment.

Enjoyed staying in this cute & cozy home for 4 nights in March 2026. The pictures of home depicted exactly how each rooms looks. It was roomy & comfortable for 4 guests. Home was very clean, simple, and beds comfortable. As stated in amenities there is no washer & dryer but there are several laundromat’s close by. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Good parking available. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the small patio out back. Feeling the warm sunshine & listening to the birds were a great way to start my day. Communication with host was impeccable and friendly. The price for stay was comparable. I would highly recommend this VRBO!!!
